The Sydney International Food Festival is one of the biggest events of its kind worldwide. It provides chefs from across the country to show off their talents, giving local foodies access to the best culinary creations. Since the newly renovated Star Casino is home to some talented celebrity chefs, the venue will be playing a large role in this year’s events.
On October 4, Chef Chase Kojima invites patrons to take part in an exciting private dining experience. After giving guests a tour of Sokyo’s kitchen, Kojima will treat guests to a six-course meal with matching wines and sake. This event costs just $120 per person.
On October 8, Tessa Kiros, author of Limoncello, will be hosting a dining experience at The Star’s Balla restaurant. The four-course meal will cost $120 and patrons will be treated to matching wines for each dish.
A number of other great events will take place at The Star over the course of the food festival, which runs from October 1 to October 31. The Star certainly has world-class dining venues and cuisine to put on display, and it is recommended that you experience them during the Sydney Food Festival.
